Stone HeartedOver the years, Marissa worked harder than ever with her father. Quickly learning she had a natural talent for a bow and surpassed her whole pack. And at the age of ten her father had given the fox her own bow. It was now and would forever be her most prized possession and allows no one to touch it. But while she excelled with her bow the girl failed with any other type of fighting. Thanks to her father's training she could defend herself but just enough till she could flee. She was not bad at hand to hand combat but found it hard to fight with any kind of blade or spear since unlike her bow where she needed to stay still, she was forced to move to block and defend. This often made her drop her weapon and leave her open for attack.Stone Hearted by CodyWolf
The girl was often sparring with her friends. Nothing extreme, just playing. Carter, Nike and Foster where her only male friends and her favorite to spar with. The females enjoyed cooking and talking too much for her. Though she was often defeated, they woul
Walking with HeroesDakota jolted awake, screaming. She rubbed at her face to wipe away blood that was not there. Dean meowed from the end of her bed. He had fallen asleep some time during the night. Dakota did not want to be here. She had to get away. Springing from her bed as her roommate woke from her scream just a moment before, the cat left without a word. She did not care what she looked like, she had to get away from the terror that would not leave her. Through the tears she let her feet carry her somewhere safe or so she hoped.Walking with Heroes by CodyWolf
Not able to walk any farther, the cat's legs gave way and she dropped to her knees. Resting her forehead of the floor, the girl cried all she had. Why must this be so hard? The war was over. The nightmare was gone. Yet she still saw his face when she slept. His voice was still clear as a bell. It was enough to drive her mad. She just wanted to be happy. Was it truly so much to ask? Maybe she was asking for too much. She had friends, was safe and had someone who loved her. M
Good against Evil“Get out of here! You are no longer welcome here traitor!” The girl yelled.Good against Evil by CodyWolf
“But I was so sweet to you. Lower your blade and you won't be hurt.” Kazu's voice was soothing.
“Never! One step closer and I will be forced to attack!”
“So be it then.”
At his last word, Kazu stepped forward and raised his guns and took aim on the girl. After gathering her energy, Dakota released a ball of sparking energy at her opponent and rushed after it. With ease Kazu dogged it but was unable to shoot at the cat with her being so close. Swinging her sword was the first true move of the fight. Vanishing like he was knowing for, he suddenly appeared to Dakota's right, kicking her side before she could block. She slide a few feet across the ground and knew her side was going to bruise horribly. Ignoring the pain, her rage too strong, she got to her feet and used her sword to block each bullet Kazu shot at the girl causing a strange ringing noise with each shot.
A Wolf's TaleThere once was a pack of wolves up in the mountains where it always snowed. Over the years their fur turned as white as the snow and word spread that they had secret powers. As years passed fewer and fewer people visited the mountains. What the people did not know was the wolves' power was turning human. One day a group of three wolves snuck off from the pack. They turned human and went to the nearby town. They began to cause trouble. Any trouble. Breaking into places, starting fights, and more. Soon the whole town was in a panic and tried to fight back. Well after hours of fighting the town beat the wolves and they ran back to the mountains. Except one. She had been injured horribly and was not strong enough to turn back into her wolf form. A little kid found her and ran for her older brother to help. The brother soon returned and helped the poor girl, not knowing she was one of the wolves attacking the town just minutes before. The next few days passed and he cared for her till she f
Help with Love
A smirk on his lips, a gleam in his eyes and a sexy girl on each arm. Life was perfect. A guy could not ask for anything more. Kere was in heaven as more girls followed him around, wishing to be on his arm. But then his life became a living nightmare as everything went black.
Waking up, Kere groaned in frustration. His perfect life had been nothing more than a dream. Why couldn't something like that actually happen to him? Why can't he be confident like that just once? To stop blushing long enough to smirk at a pretty girl. Running a hand through his brown hair, Kere sighed and got ready for school before he was late.
Maybe wearing the school uniform different would help boost his self confidence. So for the first time the shy incubus left his tie at home and left the top two buttons undone. But the whole way to the school, Kere buttoned and unbuttoned them, trying to find out what looked best. In the end he left the two unbuttoned like he planned and headed into the school. Yet the mo
Jessi's AdventureJessi stared out her window and let out a long sigh. She wanted more. Her little room was no longer the magical kingdom it once was when she was little. Jessi now desired real adventures. Sword fights, mystical creatures and forbidden lands. But she knew it was all just daydreams. With another sigh, Jessi stood and walked outside to sit on the tree swing. It was where she went to forget reality. As she sat there, swinging gently side to side, a young boy came running out of nowhere. He looked as if some horrible beast was on his heals. Maybe this was the adventure Jessi had been longing for. Jumping from her swing she followed the boy. Before she was running out of breath but before she could stop, she collided with the boy, tossing them both to the ground. Jessi quickly apologized over and over but the boy just grumbled as he stood and brushed off. She gazed up at him. He tossed his blue hair to the side and glared down at her. Jessi looked away but the boy's ocean clear eyes never le
Risk ItShe draws it, thinks it, wishes for it
You would think a girl would have it all
but this girl still longs for love
It's in the air and all around her
She just has to reach out and grab it
How hard can it be?
But she holds back her nervous hand
She can't risk being hurt
Her poor heart aches in pain
It should be easy to just hold out a hand
But she continues to hide her hands
What would she say?
What if he turned her down?
What if she ruined everything?
But a hand entered her vision
Looking up she saw him
A man willing to risk it
Could she really do the same?
Maybe just once?
Taking his hand in hers
The shy girl risks her heart
He smiled at her and she blushed
Together they risk the pain
to try and make it work.
Love is LoveAs Asami stared at her love
just sitting on the couch.
Thoughts ran through her mind.
Was it the way her love's hair fell?
Her smile? Her voice?
So much love between them
but no clue of why.
Joining her love,
Asami was happy
just to have a lover.
But glancing at her
out of the corner of her eye,
Usagi was now curious.
Was it watching movies?
Her lover's warmth?
Or something else?
Asami turned to her love
and asked what was wrong.
As they stared at each other
without a word it hit them.
Love was love.
Just being complete
was all they longed for.
And with their love
at their side all was right.
Leaning into each other
they sealed their love.
A soft touch on the cheek,
a hand on the neck.
A kiss that held all their love
was just the beginning
to a lifetime.
Drawing LoveOnce again she's drawing
A smile touches her lips as he appears
The one she longs for daily
Stealing her notebook
He looks over the drawing of himself
Smirking, he comments cockily
Taking her notebook back
she pushes him playfully
He knew what to do to make her smile
which was why she loved him so much
He wraps his arms around her
and kisses her with love
Young love never seemed to work
but they enjoyed every second
She could not ask for a better person
Love reflected in his eyes
which showed her he didn't either
They sit together on the floor
He tells her jokes and stories
She continues to draw
The lines and shadows
soon reveal the boy she loves
She smiles at the drawing
Something yanks her from her mind
Looking up at him
Her smile widens.
The one she dreams of
The one she draws
Is now and forever by her side
Through a LensWith camera in hand
the girl wondered the seashore.
With a click and a snap
another beautiful shot was taken.
Boats with colorful sails lined in a row,
birds flapping over head,
sunshine reflected on the sea
and footprints in the sand.
Endless photos were caught.
Trees danced in the sea breeze
and animals sang their songs.
The ocean was a wonderful place
with photos waiting to be taken.
As the sun dipped into the sea
the girl clicked her camera away.
Flashes went off as she headed home.
Full of joy to show her friends
the skipped off down the road.
With her camera full,
the girl could not wait till tomorrow.
Once again she would travel
and capture life through a lens.
