We talk about pigeons often
How many there are
how annoying they can be
But have you ever wondered
what they say about us?
Like how grey needs to be
the next skin color trend
Or how beaks would be the
next big fashion statement
Maybe how feathers need
to be on everything possible
Pigeons might even make jokes
How hair is overrated
That birdseed is the best
We may never know what
they truly talk about
Though this is fun to think
about their pigeon talk
Being different is not a crime
though hurting that person is
I was no different than you
till the world turned on me
With no parents or friends
I quickly turned to the dark side
I was forced to become
one of those I despised
A thief. A criminal. A lynx.
With my heightened senses
sharp teeth and claws
I use my skills to stop
those who ruined my life
With crime as my passion
forced on to me by pain
I now fight for those
who are wronged by the world
as the outlaw hero
In the sunlight
His dark hair
blows in the wind
While his deep eyes
look at me trustingly
He's the one I'm
suppose to be with
Then I turn around
His hair lit up
with the moonlight
Looking at me
with a love filled gaze
The friend who
became my lover
I know I can't
be with them both
But how do I choose?
Pulling out a coin
I hold my breath
Toss it in the air
and leave my fate
up to a coin flip
The walls of her world
are tumbling and crashing
The guy of her dreams
ran away with her hope
With a shattered heart
she is giving up
Depression takes over
Everyone else is happy
but not her anymore
She'll grow old and grey
and always be alone
There is no more love
so why bother with it?
Back to fake smiles
and fake happiness
She's done with the
abuse and the lies
The empty dreams
and useless wishes
Her mind is made up
and won't be changed
The light in her soul
was put out by
the wind of hate
Only a true love
strong and loyal
will be allowed in
And be given the chance
to light her darkened soul
You are in white
but it's not marriage
We plan to stay together
as I put on my suit
I'm dying to see you
and you get excited
There is a boquiet
and lots of love
Maybe some cake
and a honeymoon
Romance and lust
love and desire
The day of your dreams
finally comes true
While I'm just happy
you choose me
Even if it's pretend,
just a fake wedding
I wouldn't want anyone else
to be my fake wife
Yellow and red leaves cover the side walk
The cool evening air is crisp
Amber lights hang in windows
Fall is in the wind as Summer fades
Pumpkins have faces that watch you walk by
Colorful cookies are being sold everywhere
It’s like you just stepped into a whole new place
The people are more cheerful
You wave to them with a smile of your own
Such a beautiful time of the year
And with such amazing aromas all around
Holidays are on everyone’s mind
Families make plans to see one another
It’s the season for giving and sharing
You walk up to a cinnamon smelling reef
Turning the doorknob you enter the house
Smiles are everywhere a
Kohaku had been dared to enter the abandoned hospital on the edge of town and stay there an hour. Not wanting to look like a coward in front of his new friends, the young man quickly agreed. As a group, they all piled into a cab and took it to the hospital. The building was run down and believed to possibly be haunted by a handful of ghosts. Kohaku knew ghosts were all too real but his only real fear was finding something stronger than a ghost. Yet he was going to show off to his friends who were all too scared to join him. The young man did not mind. He enjoyed space and was too use to being alone. He hoped to make the best of it.
Pulling
My heart racing
Keeping the pace of my paws
The ground is cool
But hard as I run
The wind rushes over me
The forest smells fill my nose
The birds and other animals
Everywhere making music
I'd run like this forever
But everything must end
I stop
My heart pounds in my chest
My breathing heavy
The cool earth under me
This is my home
Then an unnatural sound
It’s not animal or human
So what could it be?
I look to see
It's huge and cutting trees
The animals run for safety
Why is this happening?
Why is it taking our trees?
I run for my life
Watching my friends fall
One by one at my side
I want to cry
Days past by
More and more of these
Monster
Snowflakes drift from the sky
Beautiful, unique, and white
The green Christmas tree
With glittering ornaments
A crackling fire
Glowing yellow and orange
Friends share stories
And the party goes on
Gifts with ribbons
Are passed around
Laughter rings out
Before long the fun ends
But before all is done
One last thing remains
Pulling her best friend
He follows of course
She grinned at him
He lifts an eye brow
She points to the ceiling
Where mistletoe hung
Before he could run
She yanks him into a kiss
And so the night ends
With Christmas cheer
We might be creations
But we will feel pain
Just because we are experiments
Does not mean we don't bleed
But don't be blind to hate
We are not monsters
The pack we have made ourselves
Is just another type of family
Each of us has a personality
Unique to that wolf
Though we stand as a pack
Yes we will fight fiercely
But it's to free ourselves
To defend ourselves
When no one else will
With fangs and claws
Blood will flow like rivers
Til those who have wronged us
Are no longer a threat
With the drums of paws
The hunt has began
The question in the air:
Are you being hunted?
Hey! It really has been a long time! I am doing pretty good. I hope you have too. I plan to post more of my of my wolf story for you. It's on my do to list I promise
I don't. But I am working on editing my Wolf Story so everything flows better. I'm going to read everyone's comments on it and adjust things based on what everyone has said they like or don't understand. It's going to be a lot of work but I'm hoping in the end it will be awesome and I can attempt to publish it
